My role? To be your discreet and reliable point of contact, by your side from the very start of the day.
I oversee the timeline, coordinate with your vendors, welcome your guests, and handle any surprises, nothing is left to chance.
Ahead of the wedding, we’ll prepare everything together, so I can step in seamlessly and act on your behalf with complete clarity and precision.
On your wedding day, your only responsibility is to enjoy every second.

Preparatory Meeting
About 4 months before, we hold a preparatory meeting so that you can give me as much information as possible about your day’s schedule, your selected service providers as well as the signed quotes and contracts detailing their services so that I can analyze them.

A connection with your different vendors with whom I will get in touch in order to discuss their services, needs, and issues
Online Platform available 24/24 7 days/7
I give you access to an online platform where all the wedding information will be grouped together.
Visite technique sur le Lieu
1 mois avant environ, nous réalisons une visite technique ensemble avec vos prestataires sur le lieu afin de voir chaque détail pour que tout soit parfait le jour J
Production of documents on D-day
I create a file containing all the wedding information: detailed wedding day schedule, beauty plan, floor plan, seating chart, photo list, rooming list, etc.
This file is sent one week in advance to the vendors who will be present on the day.
I'm present on D-day
From preparations to the wedding cake with an assistant
And also:
- Managing unforeseen events and surprises
- Listening and providing advice on all your questions
- Installing certain small decorative elements
