Preparatory Meeting
About 4 months before, we hold a preparatory meeting so that you can give me as much information as possible about your day’s schedule, your selected service providers as well as the signed quotes and contracts detailing their services so that we can analyze them.

A connection with your different vendors with whom we will get in touch in order to discuss their services, needs, and issues
Online Platform available 24/24 7 days/7
We give you access to an online platform where all the wedding information will be grouped together.
Technical site visit at the venue
About one month before the wedding, we carry out a technical site visit together with your vendors at the venue in order to review every detail and ensure everything is perfect on the big day.
Production of documents on D-day
We create a file containing all the wedding information: detailed wedding day schedule, beauty plan, floor plan, seating chart, photo list, rooming list, etc.
This file is sent one week in advance to the vendors who will be present on the day.
Presence on D-day
From preparations to the wedding cake with an assistant
