France is known and celebrated for its gastronomy — and for most couples, this is a key element that simply can’t be overlooked.
For an extended cocktail reception with live culinary stations, followed by a main course, cheese, and dessert, you should plan for an average budget of €150 per guest. Prices may vary depending on the menu, options selected, and total guest count.
As for the wedding cake, expect a starting price of €1,000. The final cost will depend on its design, size, and decorative details.
When it comes to beverages — including wine and champagne — you can anticipate a budget of around €4,000

Brunch and Welcome diner: What is the cost?
On average, you’ll pay €35 a head for a food truck for the Welcome Dinner and €50 a head for brunch the next day. Of course, these are estimated costs that may vary depending on the menu selection.
And your Design?
As your wedding planner, my role is to guide and inspire you by offering a cohesive aesthetic vision that aligns perfectly with your wishes and your chosen venue.
There are countless design possibilities, but for your floral arrangements, you should plan for a minimum budget of €5,000. This amount will vary depending on the types and quantity of flowers selected. And remember — wedding design isn’t just about flowers. You should also anticipate a minimum of €2,000 for additional decorative elements such as signage, tableware, and various design details.

The budget for your wedding ambiance and entertainment
Also, as co-manager of DB Événement, you can imagine that ambiance is essential to the weddings I organize.
For a DJ set, you’ll need to budget around €2,500.
If you want to add a live band, expect to pay an average of €2,500. This price will vary depending on the number of sets and musicians present.

What’s the cost of furniture rental?
If your venue doesn’t provide tables and chairs, or if the available options don’t suit your style, you should expect to spend around €2,500 to rent tables and chairs for 100 guests.
This cost can vary significantly depending on the furniture selected, transportation, and delivery logistics.
And what about the budget for a photographer and videographer?
This is a key element to consider, capturing every moment of your wedding day is truly essential.
Choosing the right team comes down to personal connection and a genuine appreciation for their artistic style.
For a professional wedding photographer and videographer, plan for an average budget of €3,000 each.

Hair and Makeup budget
For your hair and makeup, you should plan for a minimum budget of €1,000.
Guest Gifts Cost
Expect to allocate between €5 and €20 per guest for this part of your budget.

Wedding Stationery:
This category includes various items: invitations, menus, place cards, table names, seating charts, ceremony booklets, and much more.
Prices start at €300 for simple invitations.
Childcare, What’s the cost?
To supervise the children attending the wedding and allow parents to fully enjoy the celebration, I recommend hiring specialized childcare services.
You can expect to pay around €300 per childcare provider.
Generally, the standard is one childcare provider for 10 children aged 4 and older, and one provider for 3 children aged 3 and younger.
And the rest?
In addition to all of this, there are many other possibilities you can consider: cocktail bars, food trucks, rental cars, private transportation (VTC), civil ceremony officiants, magicians, photo booths, setting up a nomadic tent, string lights, starry skies, generators, portable restrooms, and more.
